Registration for mock NExT exam ends today on next.aiimsexams.ac.in

 Eligible candidates can apply for the mock NExT exam on next.aiimsexams.ac.in till 5 pm. All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi will close the online registration window for the mock National Exit Test (NExT) today, July 10. The institute is conducting this practice test for final year MBBS students on behalf of the National Medical Commission (NMC). Eligible candidates can apply for the mock NExT exam on next.aiimsexams.ac.in till 5 pm. The application process has 3 sequential stages: Registration & basic candidate information, generation of exam unique code (EUC) and completion of application for mock/practice, July 2023. The test is scheduled for July 28, 2023. NExT mock exam registration fee is ₹2,000 for General/OBC candidates and it is ₹1,000 for SC, ST and EWS candidates. MBBS students confused about new qualifying exam, say ‘try NExT year’

 Some experts believe that the constant back and forth is confusing students even more, especially when the NEET PG aspirants have been preparing for the exam for three years and are currently busy with their final university exams or internship. NExT: The National Medical Commission (NMC) recently announced that the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi, will conduct the National Exit Test (NExT). The Commission had also hinted earlier that the NExT is scheduled to begin with the batch passing out in 2024. Following the announcement, AIIMS also issued a timeline and started the registration process for a mock test on July 28.  BMS Engineering College, which is located in Basavanagudi in Bengaluru, was one of the 12 evening engineering colleges that used to function in the state. In what seems like the end of an era, the only functioning evening engineering college in Karnataka, BMS Engineering College was closed down. Located at Basavanagudi in Bengaluru, the college was closed after an order from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). According to The Hindu, the state government did not give permission for the college to run this year so it did not submit its seat breakup for engineering courses through lateral entry for the 2023-24 academic year to the Karnataka Education Authority (KEA). The IMA said that nearly 50% of the total medical colleges in India were set up only 10-15 years ago, thus the standard of such colleges could not be compared with the colleges that have well-trained teachers and systems. 4 AIIMS students held for operating NEET exam racket

Police said that the head of the gang has been identified as Naresh Bishnoi, a second-year student of AIIMS Delhi.  Police have so far arrested accused Sanju Yadav, Mahavir, Jitendra and Bishnoi. The Delhi Police has arrested four persons for allegedly operating an exam racket where they took money from National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test aspirants in exchange for Rs 7 lakh, and made their gang members appear in their place, officers said on Tuesday. Police said that he had approached many students of the institution to join the gang by luring them with money.
